Mexican Culture Festival in Minsk

A trip to Mexico without flights and long fees is just for one day, but with maximum immersion in the atmosphere of this amazing country. Is that really possible? - yes! The Festival of Mexican Culture in Minsk was held on September 5, 2026 in the historical center, in the Upper Town.
This year's festival program was really intense and exciting! Throughout the day, creative and interactive venues were organized, including for the whole family, and entertainment that allowed them to get to know Mexico not only through music and cuisine, but also through its unique culture. Themed photo zones, a playground with animators, and workshops on creating pinatas and masks are just a small part of the rich program.
On this day, a thematic photo exhibition "Mexico: People, Soul and Traditions" was opened for art lovers at the Vankovich House on 33a Internatsionalnaya Street (running until September 11). She will present the works of 16 female photographers from Mexico, who convey through their work the colors, cheerfulness and identity of the Mexican people in their customs, celebrations and pride in the ancient cultural heritage.
And for those who like to explore new culture through food, the festival hosted a culinary master class from the famous Minsk chef Artem Raketsky with a tasting of the original Mexican-style fruit salad with hot pepper. Those who came to the celebration in sombreros or traditional Mexican clothes were the first to try it.
The celebration ended with a large concert program featuring traditional mariachi. The Festival of Mexican Culture is organized by the Minsk City Executive Committee with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Embassy of Mexico. The event was supported by A1, which is part of the A1 Group international group, which since 2014 has been the European division of the multinational holding company América Móvil, one of the world's largest telecommunications service providers with headquarters in Mexico.
