The area of the facility is about 1.5 hectares. In the center of the picturesque corner is a small natural pond decorated with nymphaea (water lilies) of various varieties and shades, like vivid floral paintings reflected in the transparent surface of the water. There is a bamboo house for waterfowl on the water, as well as a stand with information about proper bird feeding. For the convenience of fishing enthusiasts, there are two small piers where you can enjoy your favorite pastime in peace and quiet.
Bamboo stands located along the central alley are also decorated according to these principles. They contain information about birds typical of the Belarusian flora.
There is a road and path network with a length of 800 m. Along the route there are 20 benches and urns, metal sculptures of birds - a swan, ducks, cranes, and a heron. On the central lawn stands a sculpture of a firebird, a symbol of beauty and rebirth. A swing has been installed at the facility for the youngest visitors, which will become a place of attraction for children in the future.
Also, the playground for mini-football has been renovated on the territory adjacent to the recreation area (a lawn has been arranged, a gate has been installed).
Among the residential development blocks within the boundaries of Kuprevicha St. and F. Skorina St., next to residential buildings No. 16 on Kuprevicha St. and No. 41.43.45,47 on F. Skorina St.
